CF Online allows you to access your own account and invoice information via 'self-service' operation on the Internet - an extra service and administrative savings. For instance, you have access to statements showing unpaid items, history of account and current balance. It is also possible to view copies of documents such as invoices and credit notes.
Easy to register
To gain access to CF Online you need an access code. When registering you should enter a customer or debtor number, which you will find on your correspondence from Coface, to ensure faster service. For security reasons, you will receive your access code by post.
If your supplier uses the factoring services of Coface, then sign up for CF Online.

In order to use CF Online your browser must be Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.01 SP1 for Windows, Netscape Navigator version 4.7 for Windows or later. Screen resolution: minimum 800x600

CF Online is closed every night from 00:01-05:30 CET and Saturdays from 18:00 CET to Sundays 10:00 CET.
